How To Create Your Custom Photo-On-A-Box:
Instructions
1.Take a picture of your subject(s) against a solid background.
For best results, we recommend a 1-subject photo, a 2-subject photo or a 3-subject photo.
Photos with multiple subjects, the subject in a group setting or subjects set against a non-solid background are not advised.
2. Upload the photo.
To do this, simply click the “Choose Photo” button and find on your computer the jpeg image file you wish to upload. Next, click on the “Upload Photo” button.
Mail-in photos will not be accepted.
We will ship your Photo-On-A-Box within 3 to 5 business days.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does the box come with cereal inside?
No. Photo-On-A-Box is a collectable box only and is shipped flat to you.
What type of photos are best to send?
The higher quality the photo, the better the outcome. All sizes of photos will be accepted, but for best results we suggest 3” x 5” or larger. High-resolution (300 dpi) jpeg image files are preferred.
Are there certain types of photos that you will not print?
We will not print any picture that is in conflict with our corporate standards or values.
How long will it take for you to process and ship my order?
Orders will be processed and shipped in 3 to 5 business days.
I don’t have a scanner. Can I simply mail my photo to you?
Unfortunately, we do not accept mailed-in photos.
How do I cancel my order or get a refund?
Since this is a customized order, all sales of Photo-On-A-Box are final and nonrefundable.
