Shipping and handling fees depend upon the value of items ordered and the method of delivery that you choose.

Street addresses are required to ensure proper delivery for online orders. If you do not have a street address

Our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest and most economical way possible. You’ll be notified promptly of any delivery delays or product back orders. Please note that items ordered together may not ship together.

Payment and Delivery
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. For your protection, The Kellogg's Store reserves the right to hold credit card orders for verification. All information submitted is secure and your account will be billed in US Dollars.
 
Canada Only (International Customs Charges and Duties)
Canadian customers must pay applicable sales tax, duty and Customs charges, which is determined by your local government. Canadian customers will be billed duties, customs, taxes, and international processing fees at the time of order (see guidelines).

Delivery time: up to 20 calendar days from the date of shipment.
Orders will generally ship within 24 hours subject to payment verification.
 
 
International Customs Charges and Duties
International (outside the U.S.) customers must pay applicable sales tax, duty and Customs charges. Your local government determines duty and Customs charges, which varies by country. Duties, taxes and/or Customs fees will be an additional amount that will be collected upon delivery of your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with the exact amount you will be charged. Your order confirmation details only the charges we are collecting. Contact your local government for specific details.

Canada Only (Duty and Customs Charges)

By ordering goods from The Kellogg's Store, I hereby authorize a licensed Canadian customs broker chosen by The Kellogg's Store to act as my agent, and to transact business with Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) to clear my merchandise, account for applicable duties and taxes, to return merchandise to The Kellogg's Store and prepare and submit refund claims on my behalf for any merchandise that I return. I understand that CBSA will send any refund of duties and taxes that were paid on the returned merchandise to the broker, and that I will obtain the refund directly from The Kellogg's Store. In this connection, I also authorize the customs broker to endorse any refund check issued by CBSA in my name, so that The Kellogg's Store can be reimbursed.

Order Confirmation
 
You will receive an order confirmation via E-mail within two hours of placing your order. This confirmation will provide you with your order number and indicate the total value of the merchandise purchased.


Ship Confirmation
 
You will receive an E-mail notification when your order ships. You may receive multiple shipping confirmation E-mails if items in your order ship at different times. The shipping notification will include information on how to track your order.

Shipping Policy
Pre-Order and Backorder Items
 
Although we make every attempt to have items in stock, occasionally we may list inventory as pre-order or backorder, indicating that the item is not in stock. When possible, we will post expected ship dates.

Pre-order and backorder items shipping to U.S. addresses are most often delivered via Ground Service. In most cases, you can expect delivery between 3-7 business days after the item is back in stock.

For all other international deliveries, backordered items are shipped Freight On Board and can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks for delivery after the item is back in stock.

Please Note: Depending on the contents of your order, you may receive it in multiple shipments. You will receive an E-mail notification as your order is shipped and your credit card will be charged as your items are shipped. If your order includes in-stock and pre-order/backorder items, some of the contents of your order may be delayed.



Order Processing
 
The order process begins as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your item will be processed once your credit card is approved and the shipping address is verified. Most orders will be processed within 3-5 business days after the order is placed (if placed by 1:00 PM Eastern Time). After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the location of your shipping address. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.


Order Tracking
 
An "order tracking link" and tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation E-mail so that you may track the status of your order at any time.
